*Dr Ravi Gill is a Chartered Health Psychologist and passionate advocate for mental health awareness, specialising in mental health, trauma, anxiety disorders, and workplace wellbeing. With over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr Gill combines evidence-based practices with a compassionate approach to empower individuals on their journey towards emotional well-being.*

*In addition to her clinical work within the Metropolitan Police Service, Dr Gill also contributes regularly to leading publications, where she offers practical insights and expert commentary on a wide range of mental health topics.*
