Dr Ravi Gill is a Chartered Health Psychologist and passionate advocate for mental health awareness. With over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr Gill combines evidence-based practices with a compassionate approach to empower individuals on their journey towards emotional well-being.
In addition to her clinical work within the Metropolitan Police Service, Dr Gill also contributes regularly to leading publications, where she offers practical insights on a wide range of mental health topics. With a deep commitment to fostering emotional resilience and positive organisational cultures, Dr Gill also delivers engaging workshops on topics such as trauma, stress management, and burnout prevention.
