Giuseppe Savoni, aka Disco Bambino, is the Italian disco music scholar, producer, DJ, and vinyl records collector

responsible for the Italian disco culture resurgence across the globe. With an activity that spans both the United States and Europe, his work has been featured in Vogue, The Guardian, Vanity Fair, and Saturday Night Live. A native of Puglia, Italy, he is currently based in New York.

His live DJ sets include the fruits of his own meticulous research on vinyl records of music forgotten through the decades, blending rare Italian and Italo disco gems (that he carefully digitizes in his studio) with familiar and uplifting tunes that make the dance floor come alive. Disco Bambino’s performances can also include visuals that take guests into the world of Italian TV shows from the ’70s and ’80s.
