ABOUT MYA MEHMI

Mya Mehmi brings unapologetic energy and raw emotion to the queer underground. Born in Bradford and raised in Leicester, the British-Punjabi artist found her voice in London's nightlife, moving from performing in pubs to producing Pxssy Palace parties and becoming a fixture of the city's queer scene.

Known for jer soulful sound and infectious charisma, Mya blends her roots and lived experience into music made for the trans and queer community-sensual, honest, and deeply felt. Her debut single Parivaar (Interlude) introduced her as one of the scene's most exciting new voices, and she continues to carve out space for brown, femme, and trans baddies on and off the dancefloor.
