Mood Bored is an indie-rock trio based in The Netherlands. With their punchy bass lines, guitar driven melodies and infectious hooks, they construct a sonic landscape that evokes the rush of glittering dance floors, while dreamy vocals and introspective lyrics recall the existentialism of those late-night conversations in the party bathroom. Shifting maniacally between sentiments of near-nihilistic cynicism to earnest hopefulness, Mood Bored articulates what it feels like to be a young adult in a digital era of perpetual chaos. Who said an existential crisis can’t be fun?
