After the overwhelming response to our first edition, we are proud to announce that the Avantgarde Music Festival returns in 2026!

For over three decades, Avantgarde Music has stood at the forefront of the underground, shaping and supporting artists who redefine the boundaries of extreme music. Once again, we join forces with our trusted partner Occult Booking, the independent agency devoted to extreme and experimental sounds, to bring you a new chapter in this celebration of the avantgarde spirit.

**We are honored to reveal the two headliners of the 2026 edition:**

**Vinterland:** a cult name in Swedish black metal history, whose legacy continues to inspire generations of bands worldwide. In 2026 the band will celebrate the 30th anniversary of their only studio album "Welcome My Last Chapter" with a selection of exclusive gigs throughout Europe, and they chose Avantgarde Music Festival as their Italian stop, which also marks the first Italian gig ever for the Swedes.

**Moonlight Sorcery:** one of the most exciting forces in contemporary Finnish black metal, blending ferocity, melody and epic atmospheres into a spellbinding live experience. Moonlight Sorcery only plays a very limited number of shows every year, Avantgarde Music Festival will be their very first Italian gig and one of the few international appearances of the band in 2026**.**
