Laasya Attar I & II are two Immersive Dance Intensives that introduce you to the Sacred Dance, Arts and Feminine Wisdom practices of India. Rooted in ancient herstory, lineage and graceful creative expression.

Laasya Attar I is a welcoming 3-hour immersion designed to introduce women to the beauty, depth and grace of India’s Sacred Arts — in a way that feels accessible and inspiring.

In this 3h immersion you will be invited to unlock the wisdom of Indian Dance and music, the cosmology of Tantra and its application to Dance, and how to embody creative graceful feminine expression.

You will learn the foundation of Tantra Yoga and Odissi, Classical Indian Dance foundations and explore creative devotional expression through my signature format, ´Narthaki Style Dance´, a fusion bellydance style the bridges Indian and Persian Dance aesthetics with Bellydance.

The Laasya Attar II is a 6-week guided journey for women who feel called to explore Indian sacred artistry not only as a practice… but as a way of deepening the relationship with their divine feminine essence.

This is not about becoming a professional dancer.

It is about remembering the sacred intelligence of your body.

Through ritual movement, mythic study, devotional dance and creative expression, you will gradually cultivate a deeper relationship with your body, your presence, and the feminine energy that lives within you.

What you will learn:

Each session will include:

• Deepen the Foundations of Odissi, Classical Indian Dance and learn a short choreography to a Goddess Mantra

• Exploration of feminine ritual embodiment practices

• Mythology and cultural context of Indian sacred arts

• Guided integration through breath and presence

• The signature combos and phrases from the Narthaki Style Dance, a original Indian Fusion Bellydance format.

This approach allows you to learn with respect, depth, and embodiment rather than simply imitating movements.

Week by week, the practice begins to feel less like learning choreography… and more like remembering something ancient within yourself.
