On May 14th 2026 'Up The Packet' is published by Damaged Goods Books. Written by fierce panda label boss Simon Williams it's a manic story about the history of crisps and crisp packaging and their surprisingly volatile role in rock'n'roll. The Old Ivy House itself is pub home to the Spudos crisp brand, so what better venue to get crunchy in to launch this literary opus? Expect a live Q&A at 8.00pm with Simon, Mr Panda himself, and Del Currie, Mr Spudos himself, as well as boisterous live music from Norwich noiseniks Bag of Cans.
