Winners of the first-ever Gramophone Award for Chamber Music and twice Grammy-nominated for Best Chamber Music Performance, the **Fitzwilliam Quartet** are Conway Hall regulars and we are pleased to welcome them back! Their recital offers a rare opportunity to hear American composer Amy Beach's 1929 quartet alongside Beethoven and Shostakovich: a composer with whom the quartet worked and whose interpretations are renowned internationally.
**Amy Beach** | Quartet in one movement Op.89
