For this edition of Groove Junkies at Badassery, we invited Yen Sung, an absolute pioneer who has been present in DJ booths since the early 1990s, at a time when women were still an exception on the dancefloor. With a solid and respected career, she is known for her refined musical selection and her ability to unite the past, present, and future of dance music.

Groove Junkies brings together two seasoned musicians, Rui Maia and João Gomes, driven by the same passion: discovering, digging and sharing music. Together they explore the endless richness of musical cultures from around the world, crossing genres and dissolving boundaries in the name of rhythm.
