For this session, we invite you into the world of Knats, guided through a special listening experience that unfolds as both music and narrative.

Centered around their new record A Great Day in Newcastle, the session explores a deeply personal and collective portrait of the North East working-class experience. Through a carefully curated storytelling approach, the album moves between shadow and light — touching on themes of substance abuse, crime, and toxic masculinity, while still holding onto a sense of warmth, humour, and unmistakable Northern optimism.

Knats will guide us through this journey — not just as a playback, but as a moment of reflection, context, and connection.

The record will be available for purchase at the end of the session.
