Perfect Binding

**Perfect Binding** - is the project of London-based songwriter and composer Sam Bedford. Worthy of comparisons to the likes of Robert Wyatt, Colleen, Vashti Bunyan or Elliott Smith, Bedford’s work lives in the in-between, neither lo-fi nor polished, neither throw-back nor contemporary. With their debut EP, released in August on Joy Of Life International, Perfect Binding offers a compelling introduction to a songwriter focused on tone, tension, and emotional undercurrent.

**Leigh Arthur -** is an Irish singer-songwriter and a veteran of Dublin’s DIY scene, with credits including Sissy, Extravision and Music City. Her new solo work reveals a more vulnerable side, combining introspective songwriting and bittersweet melodies with a distinct sense of emotional immediacy. Recent highlights include an appearance on Fucked Up’s Year of the Monkey alongside Crocodiles’ Brandon Welchez, guitar duties with Dave Hill at Download Festival 2026, and regular UK and Irish touring, including support for The Monochrome Set. Her debut EP Same Eyes/Suddenly was released in February 2026, with her debut album set for release this Autumn.
