Champion Trees / Kaspar Hauser (LDN) / Stanley Welch

Champion Trees and Kaspar Hauser embark on a joint UK tour this August. For their Glasgow date on Friday 7th at the Old Hairdresser's they will be joined by Stanley Welch.

Champion Trees is a band from Cape Town, South Africa, that recently moved to the UK and released their second album, A Duck's Water Off My Back - a gentle and immersive record graced with memorable lyrics and gorgeous woodwind and string arrangements.

Kaspar Hauser is a south London indie folk, chamber pop and experimental band formed in 2022. Their recent album The Pink Parade features 56 minutes of richly arranged story telling songs, often tackling themes of emotions, mental health, love and nature.

Stanley Welch is a musician and composer from rural Cornwall, based in Glasgow. His recent releases, the album Virgins and EP Loe feature complex song structure and lush arrangements.
