Description

**A GALLERY UNLIKE ANY OTHER || SEE INSIDE STRONGROOM STUDIOS**

Some art is so iconic and unmistakable that even without context it's a household name. When a young Croydon lad put a paperclip through the lip of Queen Elizabeth II punk went mainstream and Jamie Reid's name rang around the world.

Following a flood above our main recording studio in 1990, Strongroom appointed Jamie Reid the role of Artist Director with a blank cheque to reimagine our four Victorian warehouse buildings as he saw fit. Drawing from his familial ties to the Druidic Order, sacred geometry and colour theory, Jamie's messaages of environmetalism, antifascism and independence are more relevant now than ever.

This rare opportunity to see behind closed doors will take you through legendary recording studios where countless hits have been made. Meet the Strongroom team for a guided tour, see Jamie Reid's unique, expansive installation up close and hear stories from the 42 years of modern music and art history!

*"Everybody wants to talk about the Pistols, but Strongroom is the most important thing I ever did"* - Jamie Reid ('Time For Magic' by Stephen Elcock, Philip Carr-Gomm and Joh Marchant)
