Mother’s Circle: A space to pause and reconnect

Motherhood can be expansive and tender, but also disorienting, relentless, and at times, lonely. So much of it asks us to give, often without space to process what we are holding.

This circle is an invitation to slow down and come back into a relationship with yourself, in the presence of others who are moving through their own versions of this experience.

There is no pressure to share, no expectation to arrive in a certain way. You are welcome as you are.

Each session will have an overall theme and be gently guided. They may include moments of reflection, quiet practices to help relax and space for conversation, held with care and without judgement.

What to expect

An intimate group (8 people max.)

A calm, welcoming space within the bookshop

Gentle facilitation and optional sharing

A hot or soft drink included
