Burl House Presents: Liminal (record launch) + Josh Curtis

Burl House Records presents electroacoustic improvisation group Liminal, celebrating their debut release ‘Meetings’, alongside a special opening set from Josh Curtis.

4 piece instrumental ensemble Liminal works at the cutting edges of jazz, noise rock and electronic music, performing a unique and immersive long-form work involving thick drones, driving grooves, and shimmering resonances akin to the Swans, Sonic Youth and the Necks.

Josh Curtis is a London based composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist who’s cross genre music brings together elements of classical, electronic and noise music, recalling the sublime music of Deaf Centre and Jesse Woolston.
