KÜRØISHI - (Japanese name translates to “Black Death”) is a D-Beat hardcore punk band from Oulu, Finland, formed in 2016 by members of the band Terveet Kädet. The band brings a thunderous blend of hardcore punk and melodic crust to the global stage. Drawing influence from both Scandinavian extreme metal and the raw intensity of Japanese hardcore, Kürøishi has carved out a distinctive sound that pays homage to its inspirations while forging new paths in modern hardcore.
