PHRE Festival presents Gaitas y Tambores de San Jacinto and Pixvae for a night where Colombian musical traditions meet raw, contemporary live energy.

Gaitas y Tambores de San Jacinto bring the sound of Colombia’s Caribbean coast through gaita flutes, drums, voices and rhythms rooted in cumbia and traditional Afro-Indigenous musical forms. Their music carries the pulse of celebration, ritual and oral tradition, connecting ancestral sound with the energy of a live gathering.

Pixvae are a Franco-Colombian ensemble known for their explosive fusion of Afro-Colombian currulao and noise rock. Their sound is compact, powerful and physically intense, combining traditional rhythmic structures with the freedom and force of the modern underground. The result is music that feels rooted, raw and impossible to keep still to.
