Irish, Brighton-based troubadour Dessie Magee blends folk-rock with flashes of rock, blues and soul, pairing raw storytelling with anthemic hooks. Drawing inspiration from the grit of Johnny Cash and the driving energy of Mumford & Sons, his sound sits somewhere between Frank Turner and Kings of Leon. Renowned for passionate, high-impact live performances, Dessie delivers heart-on-sleeve songwriting with a powerful, communal atmosphere. Following a sold out southern headline tour, he expands to the north due to demand for an additional dates.
