Goodbye

Goodbye is a dark comedy about hope, loss and unexpected human connection. Set in London's first assisted dying clinic, the play follows William Holloway, a doctor determined to end his life, whose carefully planned final day is disrupted by Vivi, the clinic's vibrant receptionist. As an unlikely friendship develops, Goodbye explores loneliness, grief and the surprising reasons we choose to keep living with warmth, humour and compassion.

Following three sold-out seasons in Colombia, a run at the National Theatre of Colombia, the Audience Favourite Award at the ESO VI Awards, and publication by Planeta Editorial, Goodbye has captivated audiences with its heartfelt storytelling. After its UK English-language premiere at Brixton House Housemates Festival, the production comes to Ladbroke Hall.

Written by acclaimed Colombian playwright Alejandra Chamorro Cuevas and adapted and produced by award-winning actress Monica Lopera, the production also stars British actor Samuel Anderson. This intimate two-hander delivers a powerful theatrical experience with just two performers, proving that the strongest stories are built on genuine human connection.
