Jamie has become a highly sought-after musician in the jazz world and beyond. He has had the privilege of performing with jazz legends from the Sun Ra Arkestra, as well as guitar greats like Robben Ford (who played with Miles Davis) and Guthrie Govan. Jamie’s extensive list of collaborators includes saxophonist David Binney, bassist Tim Lefebvre, Donny McCaslin (renowned for his work on David Bowie’s Blackstar album), and keyboard virtuoso Gary Husband.

The debut album is a collection of all-original compositions that showcase a seamless fusion of electronic beats and live instrumentation. Drumcat features an incredible lineup of talented musicians, including the soulful trumpet stylings of James Copus, the atmospheric keys and synths of Sarah Tandy, and the groove-driven bass lines of Tom Driessler. Together, this powerhouse group brings Drumcat to life, creating a sound that’s both innovative and deeply rooted in musical tradition.

The first single features a collaboration with the legendary saxophonist Donny McCaslin, known for his groundbreaking work with David Bowie and his own progressive solo career. Donny’s saxophone adds a soulful, electric layer to the already vibrant mix, elevating Drumcat’s sound to new heights.
