Founded by multi-disciplinary artist @\_\_ronisa\_\_ in 2023, DIASPORIC DAZE is a radio show and event series centring SWANA (South West Asian North Africa) musicians pushing the boundaries of electronic music. This edition is dedicated to deep, and heavy percussive sounds high-energy bass and UKG.

For this edition RONISA is bringing in the talented Sooski to join her behind the decks as we take you from soulful garage upstairs to deep bass in the basement. If you’ve been to our parties then you know this is not one to miss.

RONISA is a British-Iranian DJ, producer, creative director, and radio host. Her forward-thinking approach journeys through percussive electronica, 90s house and Iranian instrumentation, catalysing a genre fluid and boundary-pushing experience. She is also founder of monthly radio show and event series Diasporic Daze on Netil Radio. A celebration of SWANA creative voices, traditional sounds and electronic music. As a curator and performer she has headlined sold-out shows at iconic venues like Village Underground, Colour Factory, The Jago, and The Glove That Fits.

Sooski is a London-based singer, songwriter, and producer with Persian heritage, blending her multidisciplinary artistry into her music. Her work has been released through Ninja Tune, Universal, and Warner Music. After years behind the scenes, 2025 marks a bold new chapter as she steps into the spotlight with live performances and solo projects.
