RISE Presents: Passion Parade + Neev + Freight

**Passion Parade** is a new alt-indie duo comprised of sisters Megan and Charlie Simpson. Their music examines human connection, the female experience and growing up in the music industry. Having recently performed in various festivals across the UK, their theatrical set and spine-tingling harmionies are quickly gaining traction.

**Neev** is a London-based Glaswegian artist who, since the release of her debut single in 2019, has built a reputation for discovering beauty in the small details. Her latest release, How Things Tie in Knots, is a record shaped by tension, contrast, and self-discovery. It delves into the struggle of embracing multiple identities and the complexities of human relationships. At its core, How Things Tie in Knots thrives on duality—between heritage and individuality, tradition and progression, restraint and release. Tracks from the album have been played by the likes of John Kennedy (Radio X), Sian Eleri (Selector Radio) and Angela Griffin (BBC Radio 2).
