Sullow + The Greater London Banjo Trio + DJs

Sullow are an improvising trio, featuring Jacken Elswyth, Daniel S. Evans and Joshua Barfoot of Shovel Dance Collective. Inflected and informed by the traditional music they mutate within the larger group, they negotiate an improvisation that has been variably described as ‘farmyard’ and ‘rodeo’. Repeated patterns rise and fall in quick attacks, short decays and dense bursts of momentary composition.

The Greater London Banjo Trio are a group made up of members from Milkweed & Shovel Dance Collective experimenting with improvisation & drones.
