Icelandic cellist **Geirþrúður Anna Guðmundsdóttir** and French pianist **Antoine Préat** offer a wide-ranging programme for their debut at Conway Hall. Nadia Boulanger’s *Trois Pièces* offer refined, introspective beauty; Sibelius’s miniatures blend Nordic melancholy and charm; and Grieg’s passionate *A minor Sonata* crowns the recital with sweeping Romantic fervour rooted in Norwegian song and dance.
