


Leo Middea is a Brazilian singer-songwriter from Rio de Janeiro, now based in Barcelona. Over the past decade, he has played more than 400 shows in 20 countries, blending Brazilian rhythms with indie and global influences to create a warm, contemporary sound.
With five acclaimed albums — Dois, A Dança do Mundo, Vicentina, Beleza Isolar and Gente — Leo has built a loyal international following, selling out venues across Europe and Brazil. In 2024, he gained widespread attention after reaching second place in Portugal’s Festival da Canção, becoming the first Brazilian artist to reach the finals.
In 2025, Leo performed at the Montreux Jazz Festival alongside artists such as Lionel Richie, Jorja Smith and Seu Jorge. With over 20 million Spotify streams, his music moves between MPB, samba, bossa nova and contemporary pop. His upcoming album, Notícias de Puglia (2026), captures stories of love, identity and freedom, written while traveling the world.
