Rough Trade x Berlin Folk Festival present: Suzan Köcher In-store Gig + Signing

We've teamed up with Berlin Folk Festival and are excited to present a live performance and signing session with Suzan Köcher, one of the artists playing at the festival, at Rough Trade Berlin in March.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a free event, but you need to RSVP on Dice to gain entry.

Copies of Suzan Köcher's Suprafon 'In These Dying Times' will be available for purchase on the night, as well as an exclusive 7" EP, offered for sale only at their live shows. Suzan will be signing your vinyl and CDs after the performance.

Suzan Köcher's Suprafon seamlessly blend Psychedelia, Dream Pop, Krautrock, Disco, 60s influences, Desert Americana and evocative cinematic Soundtrack elements. Their hypnotic sound has earned them acclaim at festivals such as Traumzeit Festival, Reeperbahn Festival, Orange Blossom Special and Burg Herzberg Festival, culminating in a coveted performance slot at SXSW in Austin, Texas and WDR Rockpalast. Their third album was released in October 2024 on Unique Records.

Inspired by the spirit of Woodstock and the creative freedom of late-60s festivals, the Berlin Folk Festival (BFF) brings a colourful mix of folk, psych, indie, garage rock & Art to Festsaal Kreuzberg. The first iteration was founded by Dan Oz and Marie Sauerbrei. After the bookings were finalised, they brought Kathrin Adams on board to lead press and help co-organise the festival. Together, they are building a DIY festival rooted in community, analogue energy, and a shared love for hand-picked music.
