Alex Temple-Heald Trio

Led by drummer and composer Alex Temple-Heald, his trio is a new outlet for almost a decade of writing. Rooted in jazz, but shaped by orchestral harmony, modern songwriting and years of cross-genre collaboration. His wide-ranging career has included performances at the BBC Proms with the BBC Symphony Orchestra, several West End productions, recordings for Netflix series and film soundtracks, as well as writing and production for London based singer-songwriters.

The group features pianist Harry Baker (collaborator with cellist Sheku Kanneh-Mason, BBC Proms arranger, and innovative choral composer) and bassist Ed Ireland (West End regular and in demand session musician across the jazz and singer-songwriter scenes alike). The trio releases their debut album in 2026.
