Grooves For Good is turning three!

Join us at GROW, Hackney for a night of live music, DJs and dancing as we celebrate three years of bringing people together through music, connection and wellbeing.

Grooves For Good was created around the idea that “what goes up must come down.” Our events combine brilliant parties with positive wellbeing experiences, encouraging people to look after themselves and each other both during the night and the following day.

For our third birthday, Sol Paradise will bring their soulful live sound to GROW, followed by sets from Rivera, Pip and Grooves For Good’s own Freddie Fricker. Expect a warm and uplifting mix of disco, funk, soul, house and dance-floor favourites.

This is a party built around community, connection and having a genuinely good time. Come down, bring your friends and help us celebrate three years of Grooves For Good.
