Imperio Bamba
Formed in North London in 2016, Imperio Bamba creates a unique "chichafrodelic" sound blending chicha, Afro-Peruvian, and psychedelic rhythms rooted in their Latin American heritage. Their music tells immigrant stories, fostering connection and community. With electrifying energy, their performances will get you moving and create a space where body and mind feel free.
Paskal Rough & Tough (Cool Breeze)
A passionate music enthusiast and collector, Paskal focuses on vintage sounds from the 60s and 70s across Jamaica, the Caribbean, and Latin America. His "Cool Breeze" nights explore tropical American music, from the Peruvian Andes to the Colombian coasts, blending African-inspired drums, Jamaican bass lines, and hypnotic Mexican melodies.
Ritmo del Barrio
Since 2021, this London-based label has been dedicated to reissuing Peruvian Chicha classics by legendary artists like Cuarteto Universal and Los Shapis. Collaborating with iconic Peruvian labels, Ritmo del Barrio keeps the rich heritage of vintage Latin American music alive.
