Paddington Trio

“The sun is setting (Se solen sjunker)” is a traditional Swedish folk song which inspired Schubert’s iconic theme of the second movement in this E-flat trio. The **Paddington Trio** pair this with Andrea Tarrodi's *Akacia*, inspired by the dramatic landscapes of the Swedish archipelago, and complete their programme with Ravel's *Trio*, infused with Basque rhythms and evoking exotic landscapes.
