**Hands-On Kombucha Workshop with Raoul Rechnitz**
Overview
Join Registered Nutritionist and Chef Raoul Rechnitz (ANutr) for an immersive, hands-on kombucha workshop. Discover the basics of gut health, the benefits of fermented foods for your microbiome, and the difference between prebiotics and probiotics. After a brief history of kombucha, you'll dive straight into the brewing process. Learn how to craft unique flavours and colours, turning fermentation into your own creative outlet. You’ll leave with your own jar of kombucha and a SCOBY to continue brewing at home!
